Tour/evaluate/report: First, we’ll tour your home together. Then, while you look at my portfolio, I’ll do a walk through on my own to take pictures and notes for the Canadian Staging Professionals™ Room Ready Handbook that I will give to you.
Recommendations may include:
- how to enhance exterior “curb appeal”
- what and how to de-clutter and reorganize
- rearranging furniture and accessories
- choosing paint colours for broad appeal
Recommended painting, upgrades and repairs: You complete this portion of the project. I will provide a list of local contractors, if required.
Home Staging and Showcasing: With the house now in “move in” condition, I will set the stage for the buyer’s dream. With just the right touch – well-placed furniture, area rugs, pillows, artwork and flowers – we’ll highlight your home’s best features in a winning way
