As a certified Canadian Staging Professional, I follow a proven system for exterior and interior colour selection, rearrange furnishings and accessories, and add the right creative touches to make every potential buyer feel at home the minute they see your house and walk through the door.
What’s the difference between home decorating and home staging?
Interior decorating is done to make the owner feel at home. Home staging, sometimes known as real estate staging, highlights the best features of a house for a much broader appeal. The objective is to make potential buyers feel at home.
